Well the most common mistakes of the owner why they didn’t get a buyer easily it’s because they think that the buyers will buy the house by the impression of the owner. I tell you, your personality matters nothing because the first thing of the buyers mind is he/she gets the best product. If you are a cluttered person and love to live in a congested house then it isn’t going to help you in selling your house. Nobody would love to live in a dirty house. All things must be gone too because as the basic human psychology says that “no one would like to use something already used”.
Your house must be clean, the color of your house must be attractive and most of it is the basic organization of the house. Always remember the buyer’s perspective and make sure it looks good to them if you want it to sell.
